The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making.

- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
