Role Overview
The Brand Head will lead marketing, sales, center management and student acquisition initiatives to strengthen Oxford Software Institute's market presence and drive admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions through digital and offline campaigns.
- Manage in house promotional activities for better admissions
- Collaborate with admissions, academics, and placement departments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage classes, batches, faculties, administration and counselling staff
- Planning various activities for better student engagement
- Focus on reference admission by students and faculties
- Keeping strong check on walkins, telephonic lead and trying best to convert them
- Focusing on student placement and interviews
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in office management or center management

Salary Structure:
CTC salary from 28000 - 40000 as per candidate + (Incentives on target completions)
