We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to approved design specifications and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, laborers, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and labor workforce.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare basic quantity estimates as required.
- Monitor material usage, availability, and inventory at the site.
- Maintain proper knowledge of construction, interior, furniture, and other project-related materials.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work quality, safety, and project progress.
- Maintain accurate site records, including labor attendance, material deliveries, measurements, and daily work reports.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues or escalate them to the Project Manager when required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and site protocols.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales and project teams.
- Support the sales team by providing basic technical information, site measurements, material details, and project-related inputs.
- Assist in understanding customer requirements and explaining project-related materials and solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution from client requirement to project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in site supervision.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and quantity estimation.
- Strong knowledge of construction, interior, furniture, and project-related materials.
- Basic understanding of sales and client coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of site documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
