About the Role
We are looking for energetic field executives to identify, inspect, and acquire quality property listings across Coimbatore. You will work directly with landowners, builders, and developers to build one of the region’s most trusted property databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential, commercial, and land properties across Coimbatore.
- Meet property owners and explain our services.
- Collect complete property information.
- Capture professional photographs and videos.
- Record GPS location and site details.
- Collect basic ownership documents for verification.
- Coordinate with the legal and documentation team.
- Update the CRM with accurate property information.
- Build long-term relationships with landowners and developers.
- Achieve monthly property acquisition targets.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
