We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Injection Moulding Operator to operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production quality, minimizing rejection, and ensuring smooth machine operations as per production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plastic injection moulding machines as per SOPs
- Start, stop, and monitor machine operations during production
- Perform mould loading and unloading activities with supervisor guidance
- Check product quality and identify defects such as short moulding, flash, burn marks, shrinkage, etc.
- Ensure proper raw material feeding and machine cleanliness
- Maintain production records and shift reports
- Minimize rejection and wastage during production
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
- Perform basic troubleshooting during machine running
Pay: ₹8,940.76 - ₹35,000.00 per month
