Hiring: Sales Officer – Project Sales
Location: Near New Town, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month (Depending on experience) + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Qualification: Graduate with Any Engineering background
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through project sales
- Conduct field visits to meet architects, MEP consultants, contractors, builders, developers & project owners
- Identify ongoing & upcoming construction projects and generate enquiries
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, follow up, and close orders
- Coordinate with technical/internal teams for smooth project execution
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Maintain sales reports using Microsoft Word & Excel
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Project Sales (preferably Engineering Products/HVAC/MEP/Building Solutions)
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Willing to travel extensively for field visits
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
