About Role
As a Business Development Manager at Conceptial Media, you will lead client acquisition and revenue growth across our digital marketing, SEO, web development, branding, and UGC services. You will be responsible for building strong business relationships, leading the sales pipeline, closing high-value deals, and driving long-term partnerships with brands across Noida, Delhi NCR, and beyond.
You will play a key role in expanding the agency’s market presence and achieving business growth targets through strategic sales initiatives and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new leads and clients
- Identify and qualify business opportunities through outbound / inbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
- Conduct client discovery meetings to understand business goals and marketing requirements
- Prepare and present customized proposals digital marketing services i.e. SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, branding, and UGC services etc.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and delivery teams for smooth onboarding and project execution
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting through CRM tools
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior sales executives and support the business development team when required
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in a digital marketing or tech agency
- MBA/ BBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development preferred or a related field
- Proven experience in closing high-value service deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, and branding
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and consultative selling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
Good To Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot / Zoho CRM
- Prior Digital Marketing Agency Sales Experience
- Client Retention & Account Management Skills
- Team Handling or Sales Leadership Experience
Location: NX One, Greater Noida West
Work From Office: Yes ( 6 Days working )
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
