Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Planning & Delivery
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Global Perspectives lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Design learning experiences that encourage critical thinking, inquiry, analysis, and reflection.
- Facilitate discussions on contemporary local, national, and global issues in a balanced and inclusive manner.
- Integrate real-world contexts and interdisciplinary approaches into classroom instruction.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment materials as per curriculum requirements.
- Encourage students to explore diverse viewpoints and develop evidence-based arguments.
Research & Project-Based Learning
- Guide students in conducting independent and collaborative research projects.
- Support students in developing research, referencing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Facilitate project work, group discussions, debates, and collaborative learning activities.
- Monitor student progress throughout research and project cycles and provide constructive feedback.
Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
- Assess student work using appropriate rubrics, assessment criteria, and academic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, assessments, and progress.
- Provide timely feedback to students to support continuous improvement.
- Identify students requiring additional support or enrichment and implement appropriate interventions.
- Prepare student progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings as required.
Student Development & Well-being
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusion, collaboration, and responsible citizenship.
- Encourage ethical research practices, academic integrity, and responsible use of information.
- Support students in developing confidence, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Promote awareness of global issues, sustainability, diversity, and cultural understanding.
Academic Administration
- Maintain academic records, portfolios, assessment evidence, and documentation as required by the school.
- Ensure timely completion of lesson plans, curriculum mapping, assessments, and reports.
- Participate in curriculum reviews, moderation activities, and academic planning meetings.
- Contribute to school events, exhibitions, student showcases, and interdisciplinary projects.
Professional Development
- Participate in training programmes, workshops, professional learning communities, and curriculum-related certifications.
- Stay updated with developments in global education, inquiry-based learning, and assessment practices.
- Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Compliance & School Responsibilities
- Adhere to all school policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements, POSH, POCSO, and child protection guidelines.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of students at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.
- Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the School Leadership Team.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, International Relations, English, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Relevant certification or training in Global Perspectives, Inquiry-Based Learning, or International Curriculum will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Global Perspectives, Social Sciences, Humanities, English, or related subjects.
- Experience with inquiry-based, project-based, or international curricula will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
