We are seeking high-energy Sports Retail Executives for Field specifically from the North Eastern states. We strongly encourage women, athletes, and candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. As a brand ambassador, you will use your innate passion for sports and community to help customers find the perfect gear, ensuring an authentic and inclusive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities, Inclusive Customer Engagement & Sales
- Provide expert, personalized recommendations for apparel, footwear, and equipment.
- Act as a cultural and sports ambassador, sharing your unique perspective on fitness and regional sports trends.
- Deliver high-quality service that makes every customer feel seen and supported.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through genuine connection.
2. Product Expertise & Visual Storytelling
- Stay updated on the latest sporting technology and global trends.
- Maintain the sales floor and assist in creating visual displays that reflect a diverse and active lifestyle.
- Provide technical insights on product benefits (e.g., trekking gear, football kits, or badminton equipment).
3. Operations & Excellence
- Handle POS transactions accurately and manage stock replenishment.
- Assist in inventory management and ensuring a seamless product flow from warehouse to floor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Eligibility:Open to candidates hailing from the North Eastern states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).
- Diversity Focus:Preference will be given to womenand candidates with a proven background in active sports(State/National level participation is a huge plus).
- Education:12th Class pass or equivalent; Degree holders are encouraged.
- Experience:0–2 years in retail or customer service. We value passion and "soft skills" over long resumes.
- Skills:
- Fluency in English/Hindi
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
