Job Title: Dosa Master
Location: Veg-O Restaurant, Kozhikode Beach, Kerala
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare crispy and soft dosas, uthappam, appam, and other South Indian breakfast items.
- Maintain consistent taste and food quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
- Follow food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Dosa Master is preferred.
- Good knowledge of South Indian cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
