Designation: Senior Lab Technician
Location : VG Hospital, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur)
Education: DMLT or B.Sc MLT
Experience: Minimum 8 years required
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare, label, and analyze biological, chemical, or physical samples.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., microscopes, spectrophotometers, centrifuges).
- Perform routine tests and experiments following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record, organize, and interpret data accurately; maintain detailed lab logs and reports.
- Follow quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Assist in research experiments or production processes as directed by senior staff or scientists.
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and chemicals; ensure proper storage and handling.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including wearing PPE, handling hazardous materials, and adhering to chemical hygiene protocols.
- Support troubleshooting of equipment or experimental issues.
- Dispose of waste according to environmental and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
