Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the overall branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing profitability, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves achieving business targets across Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, Fixed Deposits, and other financial products while effectively leading and developing the branch team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Promote Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit, Investment, and other NBFC products.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, KYC, AML, and audit requirements.
- Monitor branch profitability and control operational expenses.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop local marketing strategies and build business through field activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with regional and head office teams for operational support.
- Ensure branch security, cash management, and asset protection.
- Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and the local community.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
