Job Summary
Broadway Mall is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction, fit-out, renovation, and MEP activities. The Site Engineer will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, including civil, interior, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Verify measurements, material usage, and work completion for contractor billing.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify site issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety policies.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, work permits, and project documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders.
- Assist in project testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Additional certifications in construction safety or project management are an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in site engineering.
- Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, retail fit-outs, multiplexes, hotels, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Good understanding of quality control and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and multiple work fronts effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
