Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and qualified TGT Physics Teacher to teach Physics to students at the secondary level under the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make Physics concepts engaging and practical for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain Physics concepts through practical examples, experiments, demonstrations, and activity-based learning.
- Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory activities and experiments while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Assess students through classwork, tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely feedback and remedial support.
- Identify individual learning needs and adopt suitable teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate academic records, assessment data, and student performance reports.
- Encourage students to develop scientific thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and curiosity.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE examinations and other academic assessments.
- Participate in school events, academic activities, workshops, meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and areas requiring improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators to support overall student development.
