Responsibility:
- The role contributes to the development of process and systems to support the sales strategy and payment process.
- Will be Involved partly in supporting the end-to-end payment process, including data payroll requirements, validation check, Governance & legal requirements and output reports
- Collate and validate country pay and performance to ensure accurate application of rules
- Responsible for assessment and analysis of performance, payout, queries
- Provide descriptive analyses and insights to the Global Director of commissions and his team and GTMs
- Create models to support the hypotheses and identify opportunities for predictive and may be prescriptive consultation to the commission team
- Ensure proactive actions are taken to improve the process.
- Develop knowledge of process and sales compensation rules - highlighting risks and opportunities
- Ensure all documentation and audit trails are kept in a secure manner and in line with data privacy and security regulation
- Ensure all governance procedures are adhered to and validation actions transacted prior to pay processing
- Ensure all communications and responses to customers are delivered in a timely and respectful manner
- The role is responsible for supporting the inclusion of authorization, validation and audit control within all processes.
- The role is responsible for supporting the implementation of fair and consistent pay practice across EMEA.
- The role will be responsible for the validation of calculations per payee prior to payroll with submission and in line with compliancy regulations.
- The role is responsible for the effective use of the compensation budget and validation of return on investment for all schemes.
The role supports communication with senior leaders and consults with the human resources to ensure the effectiveness of process.

Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in Commissions and Sales Compensation
Needs to know End-to-End processes of Commissions and Handshakes with other teams like Payroll, Finance, AP, HR
Worked on Callidus or other similar Compensations tools
Technically sound and have logical reasoning
Technical skills: Good knowledge of SQL (Used in the last 3 years) and Excel
The role will need to be fluent in English, communication with senior stakeholders
Have a key eye for detail
Good To Have:
Good grip of Macros, SQL
Worked on Reporting tools
Should have worked on IT systems – ERP, Order management tools etc
Proficiency in Callidus or any other commission tool Oracle Incentive Cloud, Varicent, Xactly
