Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and site safety compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage site resources, materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and quality control procedures.
- Experience in residential construction projects will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
