Student Counsellor & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counsellor & Marketing Executive to guide students in choosing suitable courses while also contributing to marketing and admission activities. The candidate should be capable of handling student counselling, lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and direct meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Promote courses through marketing activities, campaigns, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, and other institutions for student engagement activities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management.
- Maintain records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions data.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and educational fairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong student relationships.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to admissions and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in student counselling, sales, marketing, or admissions preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and motivate students.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Salary
Salary + Incentives based on admission performance and experience.

Admissions Head / Marketing Manager / Principal
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
