Key Responsibilities Operate manual or CNC panel saw machines safely and efficiently. Read and interpret cutting lists, work orders, and technical drawings. Measure and mark materials before cutting. Cut plywood, MDF, laminates, and wood panels to required dimensions. Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality. Minimize material wastage and optimize cutting efficiency. Label and organize cut parts for assembly and further processing. Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks. Keep the work area clean and follow company safety procedures. Report machine faults, defects, or material issues to supervisors. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience operating panel saw or beam saw machines. Knowledge of furniture manufacturing materials such as plywood, MDF, and laminates. Ability to read technical drawings and cut lists. Good measuring and mathematical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of machine safety procedures. Ability to lift and handle large sheet materials. Basic machine maintenance knowledge.
