Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert walk-in inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team when required.
- Maintain strong customer relationships before and after sales.
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in furniture, interior, home décor, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
