Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space plans.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings using design software.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design (or as required).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture selection.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
