Diamond Industry We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for the diamond industry.
Candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills to handle customer inquiries, generate sales, and maintain client relationships through calls, WhatsApp, and online communication.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Explain diamond and jewellery products to clients
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain regular follow-up with customers
Coordinate with team for order processing and dispatch
Maintain customer database and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Good communication and sales skills
Experience in diamond/jewellery industry must
Knowledge of diamonds and jewellery products
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Professional and presentable personality
Fluent in Hindi and basic English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
