Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and office operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, the sales team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of solar projects. This role also includes administrative and office coordination responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project updates and documentation.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Office & Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for order processing.
- Maintain proper filing of customer documents, contracts, and project records.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and company registrations.
- Coordinate with logistics for material dispatch and delivery updates.
- Maintain office records, inventory, and stationery.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain calendars.
- Handle courier, documentation, and correspondence.
Solar Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Track project progress and update customers on installation schedules.
- Collect required documents from customers for subsidy and project approvals.
- Coordinate with DISCOM, ANERT, KSEB, or other authorities whenever required.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete before execution.
- Assist in warranty registration and after-sales service coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or any relevant field.
- B.Tech graduates are preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Office Administration, or Customer Support.
- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, EPC, or Renewable Energy industry is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and reports.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of solar systems is preferred (training can be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
