With over 15 years of experience, it has successfully completed 9 projects and satisfied more than 3000 customers, emphasizing trust, transparency, and sustainability in its operations.Role SummaryThe MEP Engineer will be responsible for on-site execution, coordination, and quality control of electrical and MEP services for the project, ensuring alignment with design, safety norms, and project timelines. You will act as the key interface between drawings, site execution teams, and subcontractors to minimize rework and ensure smooth progress of services in sync with civil and finishing activities. Your work will directly impact project delivery, customer satisfaction, and the reliability of building services at handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end MEP services Oversee Electrical (LT/HT), Plumbing, Fire Fighting & basic HVAC systems Review and coordinate MEP drawings with architectural & structural teams Ensure smooth site execution, avoiding clashes and delays Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance Review BOQs, vendor drawings & material submittals Ensure adherence to IS Codes, NBC norms & safety standards Collaborate with consultants, contractors & internal teams.
Essential requirements
- 3–5 years of site-based MEP/Electrical execution experience on building projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use) in India

Bonus qualifications
- Exposure to coordination of MEP services using basic BIM/3D models or Navisworks/Bluebeam-based clash review

- Experience in testing & commissioning of electrical and ELV systems including coordination with OEMs and third-party agencies

This is a site-based role in Hyderabad, , you will be required to work from the construction site full-time as per project timings and demands.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
