About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Tester Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance processes, and real-world product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze software requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and smoke testing.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
- Maintain test documentation and testing reports.
- Participate in team meetings and provide quality-related feedback.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques.
- Understanding of bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts is preferred.
