Job Opening – Staff Nurse
We are inviting applications from qualified and experienced nursing professionals to join our healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Qualification must be GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience is mandatory
- Candidate must be registered with the Himachal Pradesh State Medical Council
- Valid and active registration is compulsory at the time of application
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient condition and record vital signs
- Administer medications and assist doctors during clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare staff
Duty Schedule:
- Rotational shift duties, including day and night shifts, as per hospital requirements
Required Skills :
- Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on patient care experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure
- Professional attitude, empathy, and patient-focused approach
