Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field. • 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations. • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools. • Ability to create professional presentations and reports. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Energetic, proactive, and capable of working independently. • Smart problem-solver with a positive attitude and learning mindset.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
