Key Responsibilities:
● Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
● Research and present flight options based on budget, schedule, and destination.
● Book and confirm flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline
policies.
● Provide information on travel documents, such as visas and passports.
● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and unforeseen travel issues.
● Stay updated on airline policies, travel advisories, and industry trends.
● Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Proven experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
● Proficiency in travel software (e.g., GDS systems).
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Knowledge of domestic and international flight routes.
● Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues effectively.
● Experience in Tours and Travel Consulting
● Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Proficiency in computer skills and travel booking software
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment
● Relevant certificates or degrees in Travel and Tourism, or related fields are a plus
● Ready to work according to UK shift
