Today parents have no reliable way to know whether their child’s driver is verified, whether the vehicle is roadworthy, whether their child actually boarded, or where the bus is right now — it is opaque WhatsApp coordination and blind trust.
Aero Squad fixes that with:
· Government-record driver verification — every attendant KYC-checked (Aadhaar/DigiLocker, Driving Licence, RC)
· Live GPS tracking — parents follow the bus in real time
· Gate-Seal — a TOTP code that cryptographically proves the bus reached the school gate
· Per-child attendance log — boarding and drop-off confirmed every trip, with instant push alerts to parents

The products you will represent:
· Parents app — live bus tracking, boarding/drop-off alerts, absence marking, co-guardian invites, subscription (₹299/month or ₹2,599/year via UPI Autopay)
· Attendant app — daily roster, stop-by-stop boarding confirmation, Gate-Seal entry, KYC upload, live location
· School portal — Gate-Seal display, student roster management, attendant approval, attendance reports
Who we serve: schools (the core B2B customer), transport operators (fleet companies), attendants (drivers/helpers), and parents.
The Role
We are looking for a trusted, people-first field professional to be Aero Squad’s face inside schools. You will visit schools, demonstrate how the platform keeps children safe, sign schools up as partners, help onboard their transport operators and attendants, and then stay on as the dedicated point of contact every partner school reaches when they need an update, a report, or a problem solved.
This role maps directly to our internal on-the-ground school-success function — part ambassador, part B2B salesperson, part relationship manager, part mediator between schools, operators, and parents. Ideal for someone well-spoken, organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely motivated by child safety.
What You Will Do
Outreach & Awareness
· Plan and run in-school visits, demos, and presentations to principals, administrators, and transport in-charges
· Clearly explain the safety value — driver verification, live tracking, Gate-Seal, and attendance proof
· Represent the Aero Squad brand professionally and build local trust and visibility
Partnerships & Sign-ups
· Pitch and sign schools up as partners (the core B2B deal)
· Onboard transport operators and attendants — guide them through KYC, roster setup, and app training
· Drive parent activation and subscriptions within partner schools
· Hit clear monthly targets for schools signed, attendants verified, and families activated
Mediation & Relationship Management
· Act as the professional mediator between schools, operators, and parents — aligning expectations and resolving conflicts
· Negotiate and maintain partnership terms
Account Management & Support
· Be the dedicated single point of contact for each partner school
· Share product updates, deliver attendance/safety reports, and resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams (ops, support, KYC, product)
· Build long-term relationships that lead to renewals, more routes, and referrals to other schools
Reporting
· Track visits, leads, sign-ups, attendant verifications, and account health
Feed field insights back to the product and growth teams
What You Bring
Must-have
· 1–4+ years in field sales, B2B/partnerships, customer success, or account/relationship management (experience level determines Executive vs Manager offer)
· Excellent spoken and written communication in English, Hindi, and the local regional language
· A confident, professional, presentable manner — comfortable presenting to school authorities and parent groups
· Strong organisation and follow-through; able to manage multiple school accounts at once
· Patience and tact for mediating between schools, operators, and parents
· Willingness to travel locally and spend the day on-ground at schools
· Smartphone-comfortable; able to demo and train others on mobile apps
Nice-to-have
· Existing relationships with schools, parent bodies, or transport operators
· Background in EdTech, child-safety, mobility, SaaS, or B2B field sales
· Experience as a single point of contact / key-account owner / customer success manager
· Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
