- Sales Executive - 1 Residential Project
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and following up on marketing inquiries.
- Site Visits & Showings: Conduct property tours and open houses, expertly detailing project benefits, ROI, and property features.
- Client Consultation: Understand buyers' financial capabilities and property requirements to recommend suitable residential or commercial options.
- Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate price negotiations, prepare purchase agreements, and ensure all closing processes and documentation are completed smoothly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on local real estate trends, property valuations, and competitor activity.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
