Role Objective
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads for domestic and international travel packages and stand-alone services. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
· Handle inbound and outbound travel sales leads.
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
· Prepare customized quotations and follow up to close bookings.
2. Product Selling
· Sell domestic and international travel packages.
· Promote stand-alone services such as hotels, flights, visas, transfers, and activities.
· Upsell premium services to increase booking value.
3. Coordination & Execution Support
· Coordinate with the operations team for seamless booking execution.
· Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in travel sales (Domestic & International mandatory).
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Indian and international destinations.
· Experience in package selling and service-based sales.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in B2C or luxury travel sales.
· Knowledge of visa processes and international documentation.
· Familiarity with travel sales software.
