Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for bakery products, corporate catering, events, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Generate leads through networking, direct outreach, social media, referrals, and local business partnerships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for catering and special orders.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, hotels, and community organizations.
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Catering Order Management
- Handle all catering inquiries from initial contact through final delivery and execution.
- Coordinate order details, menus, pricing, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Communicate catering requirements to production, bakery, kitchen, and delivery teams.
- Ensure all orders are accurately documented and executed according to client expectations.
- Manage event timelines and oversee smooth coordination between departments.
Event & Catering Execution
- Assist in planning and coordinating catering events, corporate functions, product launches, and special occasions.
- Conduct site visits when required to understand event logistics and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely setup, delivery, presentation, and execution of catering services.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally during events.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for bakery and catering services.
- Manage social media content, promotions, customer engagement, and online inquiries.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, food festivals, community events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Help maintain and update the company website and online business profiles.
Customer Service & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and catering order documentation.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order updates and event arrangements.
- Support management with sales forecasting and business development initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, catering coordination, hospitality, or food service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required for events.
Preferred
- Experience in bakery, catering, restaurant, hospitality, or event management industries.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
- Experience handling corporate clients and event coordination.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
