Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of CNC turning/milling processes and tooling concepts
Hands-on experience with CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Robots) and setup optimization
Knowledge of cycle time reduction, fixture design, and process improvement
Capable of preparing process sheets, setup sheets, and tool lists
Proficient in production planning (PPC) and load balancing across machines
Familiar with drawing reading, GD&T, and quality requirements
Exposure to APQP / PPAP documentation for new product development
Data-driven mindset with focus on OEE, spindle time, SMED and plan vs actual
Key Responsibilities :
CNC Programming & Process Setup
Develop and validate CNC programs for new and existing components for Optimized cycle times, Program 6-axis robots
Train and Support setup operators for SMED and achieving first-off approval.
New Product Development (NPD)
Plan machining processes, tool selection, and fixturing for new parts, Release design for work holding fixturing
Assist in timely sample approval, PPAP and other NPD Documents
Continuous Improvement Projects
Lead projects for waste reduction, process improvement and automation
Implement Kaizen/DSI, 5S and low-cost automation initiatives.
IoT-based monitoring / data-driven improvement activities
Planning & PPC
Prepare and monitor daily & weekly production plans based on customer schedules.
Track plan vs actual performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
