Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager with strong expertise in credit control to manage strategic client relationships while ensuring timely collections and minimizing credit risk. The role involves balancing customer satisfaction with financial discipline, maintaining healthy cash flow, and driving business growth through key accounts.
Key Responsibilities Key Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities for business growth and upselling
- Monitor account performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to meet client expectations
Credit Control & Collections
- Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and outstanding balances
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups for payments
- Track aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assess credit risk and recommend changes to credit limits or terms
- Work closely with finance teams to reconcile accounts
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on account status, collections, and risk exposure
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial transactions
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies and procedures
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of credit control, AR (Accounts Receivable), and collections processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations regarding payments professionally
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Key Account Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Credit Control: 2 years (Preferred)
