Role Summary
The Finishing Engineer – Interior Work will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, coordination, and quality control of all interior finishing activities at site. You will ensure that work is executed as per GFC drawings, specifications, and checklists while maintaining safety, housekeeping, and progress targets. Your role will directly impact the project’s finish quality, rework levels, and timely handover to clients.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily interior finishing works including flooring (tiles/marble/granite), false ceilings, wall finishes (putty/paint), carpentry/joinery, modular furniture, and related activities.
- Interpret and work as per civil and interior GFC drawings, finishing details, and basic MEP interface drawings; highlight discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Plan and sequence flat/area-wise finishing activities, align contractors/workmen, and track daily progress against targets; update Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and dashboards.
- Implement and maintain quality control through checklists, mock-ups, and systematic snagging/de-snagging to minimize rework and achieve premium finish standards.
- Ensure adherence to basic safety practices, PPE usage, and good housekeeping at site, especially in confined interior work areas.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and vendors for site measurements, detailing clarifications, and smooth material deployment.
- Support the project team in material verification at site, basic quantity checks, and reconciliation inputs for finishing items as required.
Must Have
Essential requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 0.5–2 years of site experience specifically in interior/finishing works (flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in supervising daily interior finishing activities and managing small teams of contractors/workmen on site

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
