Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Sector-63, Noida
Shift: Rotational Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely response and excellent customer support.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with customers.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office understanding.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
