We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong career in business development and client management.
You will identify new business opportunities, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various platforms
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital/automation solutions
- Coordinate with engineering, service, and finance teams for smooth project delivery
- Follow up on proposals, project updates, and payments
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field (Any Graduate can apply)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of automation or technical solutions (added advantage)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Willingness to travel if required
