Job Description: This role supports end-to-end PMO and operational governance across hiring, resource management, compliance, and reporting activities. The position partners closely with HR, Finance, Delivery, Procurement, and external vendors to manage hiring operations, onboarding coordination, headcount tracking, utilization reporting, and timesheet validation. It is responsible for maintaining accurate dashboards, compliance reports, and leadership updates, while ensuring adherence to internal policies and contractual standards. The role also supports audits, drives process improvements and automation initiatives, and serves as a central coordination point for cross-functional operational matters, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
