What You'll Do
- Own and grow rankings for Google Business Profiles (GMB) across local and international client accounts
- Design and execute SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals — driving visibility, traffic, and ultimately, revenue
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities for clients across varied industries
- Lead link-building efforts, securing quality backlinks from reputable, relevant sources
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush — translating data into clear, actionable insights
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, SEO/SEM trends, and industry best practices, and apply that knowledge proactively across client work
- Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO specialists, setting clear goals and providing hands-on guidance
- Partner with the content team to plan and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content
- Collaborate with web development to scope and implement technical SEO fixes and improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record delivering measurable SEO results for local, national, and global clients across diverse industries
- Strong command of core SEO disciplines: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building
- Hands-on proficiency with SEO/analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders and clients
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership experience, having successfully managed and developed a team of SEO specialists
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and staying current in a fast-evolving field
