Purpose of the Role
Drive revenue growth by selling integrated renewable energy solutions including Solar EPC, EV charging infrastructure, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services. The role is highly target-driven and requires proactive business development, solution selling, customer relationship management, and successful order closure.

Detailed Responsibilities
· Generate new business through field visits, networking, digital leads and referrals.
· Identify opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, government and institutional sectors.
· Sell Solar EPC, EV charging infrastructure, BESS, EMS and related renewable energy solutions.
· Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and O&M services.
· Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
· Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business.
· Develop EPC partners, dealers, distributors and strategic alliances.
· Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement and project execution teams.
· Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting and MIS reports.
· Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences and customer engagement events.
· Monitor competitor activities, policy changes and renewable energy market trends.
Qualifications
· Graduate and Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
· 3–6 years of hardcore B2B/B2C solution sales experience.
· Experience in Electrical, Energy, Industrial Automation or Capital Equipment preferred while experience in Solar EPC, EV Charging sales is not mandatory.
· Willingness to travel for sales with a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
