Job Title : Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities :
1.Check the Marketing Inbox:Review and categorize all incoming emails with proper labels for quick follow-up and response.
2.Update GeM Tender List:Record and update bid intimation emails received through the GeM portal in the tender tracking sheet.
3.Forward Dealership Requests:Send dealership inquiries or requests to management for approval and necessary action.
4.Download & Forward GeM Orders:Retrieve orders received through GeM and forward them to concerned departments for processing.
5.Update Billing & Payment Records:Maintain Excel sheets with billing and payment receipt details extracted from Tally.
6.Search and Track GeM Bids:Search for tenders under all relevant categories and maintain a list of pending bids for submission.
7.Daily Tender Review & Coordination:Check daily tender notifications and coordinate with dealers for bid submission and pricing discussions.
8.Bid Submission:Prepare and upload all necessary bid documents accurately and within deadlines.
9.Handle Calls & Inquiries:Attend calls related to customers, dealers, service, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
10.MIS Preparation:Prepare and maintain Bank-wise and Product-wise summaries for management review.
11.Price Approval from GM:Obtain final pricing approvals from the General Manager before preparing quotations.
12.Quotation Preparation & Dispatch:Prepare quotations, send them to customers via email, and dispatch hard copies when required.
13.Maintain Supporting Documents:Organize and store all bid-related and sales support documents for easy reference and audit.
14.Address Customer Needs:Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services accordingly.
15.Maintain CRM Records:Update and maintain accurate customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
16.Sales Reporting:Prepare and submit regular sales performance and progress reports to management.
17.Sales Data Analysis:Analyze data to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
18.Product Knowledge:Use detailed product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
19.Sales Strategy Support:Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing tactics.
20.Sales Documentation:Prepare and maintain proposals, presentations, and contracts to support sales processes.
21.Lead Follow-Up:Follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction and convert potential leads.
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
