Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and accurately document customer concerns.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status and delivery schedules.
- Monitor service progress and ensure adherence to promised timelines.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation.
- Promote value-added services, maintenance packages, and genuine spare parts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
- Follow company processes and OEM service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with service management software.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
Timing - 09:30 to 06;00
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
