Application & Systems Analyst (UAT Support)
We are looking for an Application & Systems Analyst (UAT Support) with 3–5 years of experience in UAT testing, payment systems, and API integrations. The role involves supporting end-to-end UAT cycles, NPCI certification, merchant onboarding, PSP integrations, production readiness, and issue resolution for payment applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support UAT cycles with clients and internal teams.
- Manage merchant onboarding and ensure successful system integrations.
- Support NPCI certification, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Perform API testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and support PSP implementations.
- Investigate and resolve UAT and production issues through log analysis and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ensure production readiness and support deployment activities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Compliance teams to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in UAT, system analysis, technical support, or payments domain.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, PSP integrations, API testing, and NPCI processes.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar testing/defect management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud environments and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of payment gateways, transaction processing, and merchant onboarding.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
