We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller for our Real Estate business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, generating leads, and coordinating site visits.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and attend inbound inquiries
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Generate and maintain customer leads
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Interest in sales and real estate field preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
