Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, & guiding them towards the most suitable educational programs. This role requires a consultative approach, excellent communication skills & the ability to convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while delivering an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students for admissions in medical, paramedical, and healthcare programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert qualified prospects into successful enrollments.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, career prospects, and admission procedures to students.
- Engage with students and professionals (medical, paramedical, and nursing) to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through effective counselling and lead conversion strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on lead status, enrollments, and overall performance & challenges to the Team Leader.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Education Counselling or EdTech Sales.
- Candidates with experience of working in the healthcare sector will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into enrollments.
- Target-driven with excellent counselling and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
