Key Responsibilities
- Teach Odia language for Classes VI–X in alignment with CBSE curriculum
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and literary appreciation skills
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board-oriented learning (Class X)
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Promote spoken and written proficiency in Odia through interactive teaching methods
- Maintain discipline and create an engaging classroom environment
- Participate in school activities, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Odia as a core subject
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in a CBSE school)
- Strong command over Odia language and literature
- Good communication skills in English and Odia
- CTET (Paper II) or OSSTET qualified candidates will be preferred
