Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake + AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing team and lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale data platforms.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Monday – Friday)
What You'll Be Working On: Designing and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and modern data engineering frameworks
Leading large-scale Snowflake migration and modernization initiatives
Developing cloud-native data architectures on AWS
Processing high-volume clickstream, demographic, and business data
Building robust monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
Driving performance optimization, reliability, and security across data platforms
Mentoring team members and establishing data engineering best practices
Must-Have Skills:
Snowflake (Schema Design, Snowpipe, COPY INTO, Performance Tuning, Security)
AWS Services (S3, Lambda, QuickSight, EC2, RDS, EMR)
Python
SQL
DBT
Data Warehousing & Data Modeling
ETL/ELT Development
Cloud-Native Architecture
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of Data Engineering experience
4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience
Strong expertise in AWS-based data ecosystems
Advanced SQL and Python development skills
Experience handling large-scale data migration and transformation projects
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
