Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience handling development teams, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate software development projects from planning to delivery.
- Lead and guide development, QA, and design teams.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and resolve project-related issues proactively.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure project quality and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management or Team Leadership.
- Good technical understanding of web, mobile, and software development projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
