Role Overview
The Assistant Manager-Finance & Accounts will support day-to-day finance operations, ensure basic compliance, and assist in financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant looking to build hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and monitoring expenses against budgets
- Support preparation of monthly MIS and basic financial reports
- Help in maintaining books of accounts and ensuring data accuracy
- Track receivables and follow up on fee collections
- Support cash flow tracking and day-to-day treasury activities
- Assist in preparation of P&L statements and variance analysis
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Support GST filings, statutory compliance, and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
- Work closely with internal teams for data collection and reporting
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in Excel and basic financial tools

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (0–2 year of experience)
- Strong academic background
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
