Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
· Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear specifications
· Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
· Support project activities including planning, tracking, and documentation
· Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams for process improvements
· Assist in process mapping, optimization, and documentation
· Ensure timely delivery of audit outputs and adherence to timelines
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
· Perform market research and competitor analysis when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· MBA (preferred) or relevant qualification
· Strong fluency in spoken and written English
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
· Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
· Basic understanding of business processes and project lifecycle
Pay: ₹1,213,374.96 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
