About the Role
- Results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist
- Responsible for generating online orders for e-commerce websites
- Focus on high-ROI campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing multiple product categories
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Drive conversion-focused campaigns to maximize online orders
- Create and manage:
- Audience targeting (Interest, Behavior, Custom & Lookalike)
- Category-specific audience strategies
- Optimize campaigns to improve:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
- Conversion Rate
- Monitor daily campaign performance:
- Control budgets
- Reduce ad spend wastage
- Scale high-performing campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing:
- Creatives
- Ad copies
- Audiences
- Utilize AI-based tools and automation for:
- Audience creation
- Campaign optimization
- Predictive targeting
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Strong understanding of:
- E-commerce funnel (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Meta & Google ad algorithms
- Expertise in:
- Audience segmentation (Interest, Behavior, Custom & Lookalike Audiences)
- Multi-product category campaign management
- Experience with:
- Pixel tracking, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Knowledge of:
- AI tools integrated with ad platforms (audience & campaign automation)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with:
- Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of:
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience in scaling D2C brands
